Als Anfänger empfehle ich dir, bei einem der genannten kostenlosen Forenbetreiber ein Forum zu eröffnen. Das ist kostenlos und du kannst dich mit allem vertraut machen, ohne dich mit der Technik rumzuärgern.
Zwar ist heute auch die Installation einer solchen Software auf einem Webserver, und die damit verbundene SQL Datenbank Konfiguration kinderleicht ( Point & click ) aber wenn man nicht weiss was man macht ist das recht gefährlich was Sicherheit und Datenverlist angeht ; )

Tja bei nem freien Hoster ist das natürlich mir nichts dir nichts abgeschaltet. DAnn einen im Ausland nehmen wo Deutsch keine Amtssprache ist.
