A cameraman for Reuters, Fadel Shana, was killed in an Israeli military attack in central Gaza, the news agency reported. The attack wounded Palestinians who were lying near Mr. Shana's Reuters vehicle, which was damaged in the attack. Images from Mr. Shana's camera showed an Israeli tank stationed several hundred yards away opening fire.
